If you are looking for something you don't see in our catalog or on our website, please give us a call and ask. There may be a configuration that we have on hand or that we can get that we don't currently have listed.
PAYMENT M&A PARTS is pleased to accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, cashier's check, money order or personal check. Orders paid for by personal check will be held for two weeks or until check clears.
SHIPPING We ship UPS which requires a physical location address. We will not ship to a PO Box. Orders valued at greater than $100 or for NFA Parts (M16, M2, etc., and any SBR barrel of less than 16") will require a UPS delivery and a signature. APO delivery is not possible by law. No high cap mags to CA, NJ, MA, MD, DC, NYC, HI, RI unless L.E. Letterhead. You are absolutely responsible for knowing and following all applicable laws.
SHIPPING TIME is usually within 48 hours of ordering, but my take up to one week for us to hand it to the UPS driver. Please be patient. We do not have the manpower, nor is it part of your low cost to supply tacking or confirmation information. If you do not see your order arrive within 10 days, please call and advise us of your order date, name and zip code so that we might better locate your order. Please, again, be patient. We believe we are light years faster than any other parts house- we hear this all the time!
RETURNS M&A PARTS wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please inspect your order upon receipt for any damage which may have occurred in shipping, and for any defects. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it, unused and in the original packaging, within 30 days for your choice of an exchange, credit toward future purchase or refund of the purchase price, less original Shipping & Handling charges. Please call prior to returning any merchandise for a Return Authorization. M&A PARTS reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on merchandise returned.
ADDRESS CORRECTION In order to assure the prompt delivery of orders and future catalog mailings, please inform an M&A PARTS staff member of any change in your shipping or mailing address. Please be assured that M&A PARTS has never and will never share or sell your address to anyone!
