To Our Valued Customers

Most of you are well aware by now that M & A and most everyone in the industry are busier then we have ever been due to the recent outcome of the election. In anticipation of this, we have been carrying a much larger inventory for the last 6 months or so. But due to the volume of orders that we are receiving on a daily basis, we regret that we are unable to ship orders as quickly as we have in the past. Orders that do not contain barreled uppers or kits and are in stock have been shipping within a week. Barreled uppers and kits that are in stock are averaging about 3 - 5 weeks ship time. We are doing our best to update our website at least twice a day to remove any out of stock items as well as adding products as they come in. I’m sure some of you have experienced increases in prices or in some cases price gauging from other companies. Rest assured, at M & A we have not raised our prices for the sake of just raising them to make more money. We have never gauged our customers in the past and we have no intentions of starting now. However with that being said, we do foresee our prices increasing as a result of some of our suppliers raising their prices. As long as our supplier’s price increases are financially manageable to us, we will try our best to absorb the increase and not pass it on to you, our valued customers. Gas tubes prices from our suppliers have already increased almost 30% and to complete our orders for either kits or barreled uppers, we have absorbed that increase. Please remember, we are all in the same boat and we need to work through this together. Please be patient with us during this time. Our focus has been and will remain to provide you with excellent customer service and to continue meeting all your needs with the highest quality products.
